- Cleaning the filter: The filter cartridges should ideally be cleaned once in every 3-6 weeks, but the number of times the filter should be cleaned depends on the usage of the spa/swimming pool. - Switch the spa to hold mode and first remove the filter-cap and then the filter plate.
- Next, the cartridges need to be removed. To remove them, turn them into a counter-clockwise direction and remove the cartridge by pulling it in an upward direction.
- Use a garden hose to clean the impurities accumulated on the top of the filter cartridge. Avoid using a brush to clean the filter. Also, make sure you do not use a garden hose having too much pressure, else the impurities will settle down deeper instead of getting removed. Also, while using a garden hose, remove the impurities from a top to bottom direction.
- If the cartridges are extremely dirty, soak the cartridges in warm water. Add filter cleaner to the water and leave the cartridges in the water,
